Green cloth. f/piece poto+viii+198+(1, advert for author's 'The Study of Plant Life for Young People'), 122 text figs of various kinds, the last being a full page chart of plant families through geological eras. End-papers very tanned otherwise internally clean, tight and completely unmarked, no internal tanning but gatherings vary between two paper-stocks; covers clean, spine a little dull, slight bumping only to corners. In near fine condition, a little sunning to the spine, corners sharp, binding sound, internally crisp and fresh; bookplate of the University of Aberdeen, Tarradale House 1960.
