Red boards with black lettering on spine and front cover. Boards and spine are heavily rubbed and thumbed. Head and tail of spine bumped and showing some damage. Binding neat, although spine cocked. Some discolouration of free endpapers, pastedowns, title pages and most pages throughout. Page edges are also heavily discoloured and foxed, particularly at the head edge. Else book is in good condition. Dust wrapper is moderately discoloured, particularly at the spine and fore edges. Edges and spine are creased with use and showing some wear and tear. Head and tail of spine bears some damage. Covers bear some scratches. Price clipped. Lovingly thumbed and rubbed, else in good condition. *We always describe the faults of our books meticulously but they usually present better than they sound.
