This work was written to assist with cases of accidental injury, making reports, and giving evidence to claim compensation. Included is an article on injuries to the "organs of special sense" (such as the ears and eyes) by Cecil E. Shaw, and a legal introduction by Thomas J. Campbell.Eight pages of publisher's advertisements to the rear. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, generally smart, though a little faded, with faint marks to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean except for offsetting to the end papers. Very Good.
