They are sub-divided by each district/town and includes sizes of trams, where the can stop including street reference, the line of the trams route, type of movement (horse or mechanical) byelaws, construction, gauge, penalties for non-maintenance, carrying of luggage, fare prices, tolls, crossings, etc.142 pages, complete in it's own right. Taken from a bound up book that would have held the reports for parliament for that period. This was quite common to bind up the acts to keep them together probably for public or business use.
