1929. First Edition. 349 pages. No dust jacket. Decorative cloth. Pages remain bright and clear with minimal tanning and foxing. More pronounced to some pages. Noticeable cracking to gutters. Binding is weakened. Pen & pencil inscription to front pastedown and free endpaper. Water staining to some pages, including rear pastedown and free endpaper. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Splits to joints with fraying to cloth. Book has a marked forward lean. Water staining to boards.
