Offsetting from jacket flaps on endleaves thus near fine in about near fine dust jacket with an approximately 1¼" closed tear on the cover panel and and a couple of tiny nicks and tears. A presentable copy. From the jacket: "The only major account in any language of the afferent nerve supply of the heart." In a jacket blurb, W.
