Add to basketScholarly paperback. First Edition, First Printing. [Date from the copyright page.] Notes, Bibliography, Index, ix, 301 pages. Original colorful printed covers are in excellent condition. [See multiple images of the actual book.] The interior is bright, crisp, and clean; however, there is one small spot (from publishing) on page 31---not affecting the text. The author, a Kenyan philosopher, "traces the history of the major themes, debates, and participants in African philosophy since the 1940s." As with every book from my father's collection, tipped in at the front is the small, attractive, acid-free bookplate pictured on my homepage. All books are wrapped with special care and are shipped promptly---domestic sales sent with 'delivery confirmation' tracking; international sales sent via global priority, also with tracking.
