Includes a biographical sketch as well as letters, sermons, and material from the church's documentary records. 234 pages, purple cloth. Has fading on the spine and edges. Minimal sign of use but the title page is detached. This appears to have resulted from a binding flaw in which the title page was a single sheet loosely set.
