191 pages, smooth dark green cloth with gilt titles on the spine, Laurence Scarf design dustwrapper in the 1950's style, wrapper has a closed repair to top front edge, hardly noticed when looking, but about a 5 inch closed split, boards and contents very good to fine with a small thumb mark at outer edge of the tittle page other than this contents near fine. Small quarto. The pages are made up of mostly printers alphabets and type faces with their names on variant colour paper, white, blue, red.The designs of type-faces and some head and tail devices used in printing from the 15th to 20the century. We very rarely use "fine" or "mint" as a description, mainly due to the age and the fact that 99.9% of what we sell has been pre-owned and therefor Fine would not be a term for a book we sell despite its fine-like appearance. We always take items back unreservedly if not in the condition as described. We always try to describe fully.
