710p, plates, folding maps of Amhara, Bregalia Group, Garhwal Himalayas and Godley Glacier. Articles on Accidents in 1908 & 1909, the Abysinnan Alps, Mont Blanc Range,The Bregalia, Corsica,the Dolomites - Rosengarten; Mountainnering in the Garhwal Himalaya, the Selkirks, Canadian Rockies, Oberland Climbs, Mamison Group - Caucasus, Climbing on Lliwedd (North Wales), Kashmir and etc. A Good + copy bound in the standard gilt Alpine Club binding with bright gilt on front board and spine. The book is tight and clean with no significant marks or signatures apart from some evidence of old damping on the lower front board with deterioration of the lower prelims for 3cms. No foxing. See scans. Heavy book - may require a postal supplement at cost.

"Creaking Shelves Books" has been selling (and buying) books on line since 1999. Based now in Spean Bridge, ten miles from in Fort William beneath Ben Nevis. I have a varied stock with a particular emphasis in Scottish History and topography, mountaineering, geology, natural history and ephemera. Unusual items and small rarities are a speciality!
