Read more about : Matterhorn Stube, Ama Dablam, Khimbu Glacier, Silver Hut station, Snowpatch Spire, jam-cracks, Jello Tower, belay-in-stirrups, voltage gradient, and Great Traverse Ledge. Yvon Chouinard on pp. 53 -56 writes : `The North Wall of Mount Edith Cavell'. His various attempts were in partnership with Ken Weeks, Dan Doody, and Fred Beckey. Text assisted b/w drawings and b/w photographs. BUT Do Not look at the photo on page 10 - if you are medicall squeamish. (Think ; frostbite) Volume opens with a tri-fold b/w photo of Lhotse. Cond : Card covers are light grey with black lettering and A.A.C. badge as graphic. Tight in binding. General wear. Minimal soiling . No names nor marks. Excellent addition to your set.
