8vo -ca. 6" x 9" , pp. xvi, frontispiece, 296 , adverts contiued xvii- xliv, there are some plates in the text on unnumbered pages, Bound in original or early brown cloth covered boards with light wear, printed in gilt on the backstrip are the words "Author's Edition", slip inside states "with compliments of the Editor", generally very good condition, all edge gilt, contents very good with Lots of illustrations of photographic origin nearly all b&w, but some with some color, lots of wonderful adverts for photo equipment and related materials.
