If a book is damaged en route or not as described, you will be refunded. Shipping terms
SUPERIOR SERVICE. Books are carefully packaged to avoid damage en route. Most of our books are shipped in boxes with plenty of cushioning. Some inexpensive reading copies are shipped in bubblewrap mailers. We only request extra shipping reimbursement where indicated (for OVERSIZE books shipping via Priority mail or internationally). All shipments are sent via the United States Postal Service and their international partners. Buyers are responsible for providing a valid mailing address.
