Ex-government bureau library copy. First edition (not stated but per matching dates upon title and copyright pages). 316 pages. Hardcover: H 22.25cm x L 14.5cm. No dust jacket (i.e. lacking). Blue cloth rubbed; impression of removed sticker at lower spine. Past owner's ink signature on front free endpaper; Bureau of Public Roads Library stamp on title page; stray ink mark on rear flyleaf verso; Library of Congress duplicate stamp on rear free endpaper; rear endpapers slightly worn along their fore-edges; no other institutional marks readily apparent upon a cursory perusal and interior pages are otherwise clean. Binding is firm.
