Facsimile edition. 4to. Introduction, notes and a bibliography of English Military Books by David W. Waters. Portrait frontispiece; 4 folding maps; numerous facsimile plates. Original quarter linen over brown boards, with gilt lettered spine. One of 560 copies printed by Carl Purington Rollins. Book fine with lovely bookplate of Julian and Tredd Bicknell (architect and artist respectively). Near fine condition, just a couple of tiny marks/nicks to boards and very minor staining to a couple of page edges, very good for age.
