Composed, letter-press printed and bound by Kingsport Press on Mohawk Superfine paper, book design by Edward G. Foss. A scholarly and finely printed work on early American printing. Provenance: owner's stamp of Jon R. Kelly on front fly, else an exceptionally clean, tight copoy.
