For this reason we have a tiny amount of returns out of the many thousands we sell. If you are unhappy on receipt of your purchase then please contact me by email or phone. You will be refunded the cost of the book if there are reasonable grounds for your dissatisfaction. Damage in transit and losses in the post are covered by my PBFA recommended insurance.
Shipping terms
Orders always shipped within 2 business days. Wherever possible there are no extra postage charges for heavy books for UK based customers, although there may occasionally be for overseas customers. Where extra shipping costs are required we will notify you first and you will have the option to accept or decline.
