Rare first edition in very good condition. The original green, hardback cloth binding is tight and very good, with slight fading of the spine and one small area of wear on the lower spine. The text is in very good, tight, clean condition, with no inscriptions. With a few illustrations. See photographs attached. 89 pages. An excellent reference for the local or family historian. (GA).
