Macmillan and Co. Limited, London. 1921. First edition. Hardback NO DW. Large thick 8vo. Illustrated with b/w plates, fold out maps and colour frontis. Blue cloth gilt boards with gilt design to spine and gilt illustration to upper. Corners are rubbed and there is some mottling to tail of upper board. Margins of front end papers are stained.and page edges browned. Overall a lovely clean copy.
