24 page large slim folio semi-stiff card booklet for children. No artist, or author listed. It is an "All British, All colour, All picture Children's Book" in McCorquodale "Bigger Value" series. A Waddy Production and dating to about 1930. Each page a full colour animal filled page. Stapled binding, some slight rusting at gutters and with staples only holding the central pages, the covers and 2nd pages are loose in binding, there is some light and almost clear archival tape repairs to top and bottom of the spine, the covers are handled, dusty to view and a demi-lune piece missing from outside edge, not affecting images. Contents clean and fresh colours. and very good. The book was printed in Glasgow in the "Bigger Value" series and "Waddy" production. Slim folio. Seller Inventory # 4240

We have been operating on and off since 1977 and our stock is varied, leaning towards antiquarian and 19th century with the addition of original aquatint and lithographic, or woodcut engravings. Also maps and Ephemera - in fact, anything interesting on paper really. We have in stock every item we list. We do not use stock photographs, but photograph each item individually. We very rarely use "fine" or "mint" as a description, mainly due to the age and the fact that 99.9% of what we sell has been pre-owned and therefor Fine would not be a term for a book we sell despite its fine-like appearance. We always take items back unreservedly if not in the condition as described. We always try to describe fully.
