See photos for condition details. Tall softcover, measuring 13" in height and about 9.5" in with. The exterior shows toning with some spotting present. The top of the front wrap shows a 1948 gift inscription along with a small faded spot. There is also a small tear, measuring about 1/2 inch on the right side near the rabbit's ear. The internal binding is good and all (unnumbered) pages are attached. Pages are toned due to age but only have minor age spots. There is a small fractional tear on one of the pages which contains the verse for the Pussy-Cat Mole and another on page about Goosey Goosey Gander - both the of these tears are under 1/2 inch in closer to 1/4.
