Well-illustrated survey of inter-war shop design in England. viii, 75 pages : LXXXIV plates (including frontispiece, plans) on 43 leaves ; 25 cm. First edition, first impression. Grey cloth boards, unclipped dust jacket (now in a removable protective sleeve). Slight shelf wear to edges, some foxing, tight and square binding. This copy from the library of Howard Duckworth with his pencil purchase code inscriptions inside front cover, and a couple of marginal pencil notes. Photographs available on request.
