Original hardcover, measures about 8 x 10, cloth binding, 288 pages, index, there are historical b + w photographs and illustrations throughout. Condition: boards have some fading and rubbing, with heavier fading along spine; light wear, scuffing along edges and corners. There is uniform age-toning to the pages throughout.
