Book condition: some very faint soiling on the text block edge & with a remainder mark at bottom, otherwise a very good plus tight and apparently unread copy - better than it sounds.Dust Jacket condition: 3 inch closed tear from base up, wear at top of spine, some small chips out & 4 or so other closed tears.just a fair jacket with the issues - will look better in a mylar archival protective sleeve - which I will do.
