London: The Society of Scribes and Illuminators, 1979. Book. Good. Soft cover. First Thus. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Facsimile edition of the earliest English printed book on painting (1573 ). Booklet. Main text 24 pages, plus modern introduction of 5pp. Brown paper cover with black title to top panel. Minor foxing to edges, slight edge and surface wear to cover and neat gift inscription dated 1979 to endpaper, otherwise good plus copy.
