Notes and index at back. Occasional b/w drawings within text. Book opens with a section of b/w photographs. Cond : Boards are black with silver gilt lettering and graphics. Dust jacket is missing. Minimal wear. Colours bright, binding tight. Both pastedowns have prominent brown stains that affect little. Toned, light soiling. Excellent reading copy.
