2 oblong folio volumes series 1 + 2 the first with 22 full page litho coloured plates and the 2nd series with 32. Model and model building with instructions and measurements. There are prelim pages of intro and instructions. The paper boards are worn and the cloth spine also at top and bottom, contents clear and clean. Believed to be the only 2 published in the series, so complete. Approx 11 x 14 inches. Good to very good. (2) * Author was Assistant Master at Marylebone Grammar School andLondon County Council Secondary School. These handicraft designs are for the use of children at this time, with boxes and toys and other paper and card models to build. Seller Inventory # 8455

We have been operating on and off since 1977 and our stock is varied, leaning towards antiquarian and 19th century with the addition of original aquatint and lithographic, or woodcut engravings. Also maps and Ephemera - in fact, anything interesting on paper really. We have in stock every item we list. We do not use stock photographs, but photograph each item individually. We very rarely use "fine" or "mint" as a description, mainly due to the age and the fact that 99.9% of what we sell has been pre-owned and therefor Fine would not be a term for a book we sell despite its fine-like appearance. We always take items back unreservedly if not in the condition as described. We always try to describe fully.
