SIGNED BY FRED HAWTREE ON THE TITLE PAGE, with Erratum slip laid in. An anthology assembled and annotated by the author. Laid into a pocket attached to the rear pastedown is a reproduction of a 16 -page promotional booklet "Fowler, Abercromby, Simpson & Croomie Golf Architects Scale of Fees Examples of our Work", "No. 21" written on the rear cover, often lacking.
