8vo. Pp. viii, 340; 341-699. Frontis. portrait with tissue guard each volume. Illustrated with black & white portraits. Bound in brown buckram over beveled boards, titles stamped in gilt on the spines and Francis coat of arms in Order of the Bath (with "Quae Fecimus Ipsi") stamped in gilt on the covers, head edges gilt, dark blue endpapers. Armorial bookplate of Charles A. W. Pownall on the front endpaper of each volume. Light foxing to preliminaries, edges slightly age toned, spine ends rubbed, small stain over Vol. II spine titles, a single marginal note in ink and several marks in pencil. In a thirty-page note C. F. Keary summarizes the case for Francis (1740-1818) as author of the Junius letters, a collection of open and private accusations of corruption in the government of King George III. This set's former owner Charles A. W. Pownall was the author of Thomas Pownall, Governor of Massachusetts Bay, Author of the Letters of Junius (1908).

Orders from residents of Washington State subject to 10.1% sales tax.
All books are packed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. Every book is professionally packaged in a heavy cardboard box and shipped via US Postal Service, fully insured. Shipping rates are $3.50 per book; an additional $1 for every book thereafter. Sets and oversized volumes might require additional postage – indication of such will be noted in the book description. Those orders ship at cost, as do international orders, for which shipping will be determined per sale. Other shipping modes are available per arrangement. Institutions will be billed per requirements.

Shipping terms
All books are shipped well-packed in cardboard boxes. Domestic US orders priced at $3.50 per order. Insurance for sales $75 and above included. International shipping expense is at cost, to be offered prior as a condition of sale -- buyer may choose to decline transaction if international shipping is too expensive, once that's determined.
