Volume XIV, Number 4. Octavo. 294-380pp. Illustrated in black and white, and with two folding plates. Bound with wrappers into maroon cloth with spine label. Ownership stamp and signature of a noted American psychologist on the front fly. Ex-Harvard Department of Philosophy Library with a bookplate, label on the rear pastedown, spine label, stamps and marks, and "Presented by R. M. Yerkes" (one of the journal's editors, and a Harvard man) penciled onto the upper wrapper in an unknown hand. Binding toned and somewhat worn, offsettting on the rear endpapers from the label, one folding plate with some wear, altogether very good.
