We operate purely as a web retailer, meaning that we have no physical store and all orders are delivered by mail. There is no pick-up option, even if you order locally.
We deliver books all around the world. We ship the goods via Finnish Post (Posti Oyj) with a tracking code and our policy is pre-payment. We will ship the goods as soon as we have received your payment.
Orders have a 30-day right of return in accordance with consumer protection legislation. A faultless product can be returned if the customer pays for the return costs. Please contact us before the possible return.
Shipping terms
All orders will be shipped via Finnish Post (Posti Oyj) or UPS with a tracking code.
The default shipping rates are based on a medium-sized hardcover book with a shipping weight of up to 1 kg.
The shipping of additional books costs 4,90-9,90€ each.
Larger and heavier products are likely to incur additional shipping costs.
