Illustrations of surgical incisions, which are drawings that depict the method of incision and photographs of results. Includes a minimum of descriptive text. Promotes the purpose of the incision, which is stated as enabling the surgeon to remove pathological tissue and doing so with the least harm to the patient. Drawings are by Garnet W. Jex and photographs are by John W. McGuire. Moisture wrinkling to bottom edge of pages; dust jacket has edgechips, moisture marks, and fading.
