Book near fine, cracking at binding along title page to rear of half-title page. Top edge of book with original dye. Dust jacket very good, some small closed tears, soiling to rear flap. Housed in custom-made slipccase.

International shipping for extra charge. Paypal, Credit cards (Visa and
Mastercard), checks (7 business day hold, money orders or cashier checks), and
bank wires. Insurance is required for all items over $200; insurance is required
for all international shipping; insurance for items up to $100 is included in
shipping with UPS. All insurance costs will be added to your total.
Returns accepted only for books materially not as described and only if
returned in the same condition as sent. Return must be within 30 days of
