Tall 4to., 238, (2) pp., illustrated with b&w photographic plates, many folding and a few quite large, large map laid in at the rear. Bound in blue cloth with title on a black field on the front board; in b&w photo-illustrated blue dust jacket. The dust jacket has edge wear and very light rubbing.
