Written by Rudolph Dirks, a German artist and one of the earliest and most noted comic strip artists. Bound in full reverse calf. Externally, smart with light wear to the extremities and the odd small mark. Light fading to the spine. Front hinge tender. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with scattered spotting and minor age toning to the endpapers. Good.
