The rare first issue, printed in the field at Fletre, France (priced at 10 centimes) during the war. Humorous articles written and illustrated by soldiers of the Australian Imperial Force, often satirical. This first without the wraps as issued. The editor, Phillip Harris boarded a troopship bound for the battlefields, taken with him a Platen Printing press which was used to print this magazine (Aussie) as well as a small regimental paper.
