Volume 1. First Edition. Condition: Poor; edge-wear to the boards and spine. The back board has a small mark. The interior is clean without markings. There is a very small label of the bookstore. There is internal cracking with two or three pages loose. There is some minor foxing. The fold-out page has a slight tear. Large book, 42 cm x 30 cm. One hundred thirty-two pages plus an additional 45+ pages and a fold-out facsimile of the Magna Carta. It is an interesting volume of facsimile letters and sketches with separate pages of notes.
