TRANSLATED title: `Birds of Chile '. A fair number of the BIRDS I recognize from Alberta appear as migrants on these pages. 56 pages total, all in SPANISH, each page has usu. 3 photos and a short description of habitat and/or distiguishing characteristics. I wasn't familiar with the Traro (p. 34) so I was quite taken by its `posture'. Cond: White paper wrapper in magazine format w/ a colour photo of an hummingbird feeding. One corner sli. dogged, some wear at edges and corners, back cover sli. pitted. Tight in binding, mostly clean. No tears, marks nor names. Author/photographers pictures and bio on p. 06. Quote (p. 44) (Fisher Martin) : " Una tecnica de pesca distinta practica el Martin Pescador. desde un poste o rama observa el agua cristalina, cuando ve un pez se tira en picada sobre el y luego emerge volando. Nunca . ." Size: 4to.

Terms of sale
We may accept International money orders or personal cheques; please allow 6 days for cheques to clear. Please make cheques payable to Wagon Tongue Books. I can handle your credit card transactions ONLY through the ABE.commerce program. PAYPAL is also a workable option. We under rate the condition of our books, build cardboard shipping sleeves for protected shipping and respond promptly to requests and queries. Shipping and handling on all books is at the expense of the purchaser, and is often in the $12.95 per item range. Book weight and volume purchases will alter these conditions. We will be happy to re-quote books in Canadian dollars for local buyers and to arrange local `hand-offs'of purchases, if you prefer.
Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing less than 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
