Stiff cream wrappers, printed black; pictorial upper wrapper (ink annotation on upper wrapper, slight rubbing to wrappers), else fine.Notable for the contribution of André Muraire on Upton Sinclair's correspondence with Albert Camus and André Malraux concerning Sinclair's manuscript of the drama Cicero. Also contains essays on Horatio Alger, Jr., Saul Bellow, Thoreau, et al.; poems, etc. Presentation copy, signed and inscribed by Muraire to Upton Sinclair's son and daughter-in-law David and Jean Sinclair (in French) on contents page.
