1st edition thus, 1952. A Good- book. 8vo., 199 pp., bound in plastic comb binding with taped stiff wraps. First and last pages stuck to covers. Paper toned with a few splatters throughout, otherwise appears unmarked. A SCARCE text. The late Beth Tartan was the food editor and a feature writer for the "Winston-Salem Journal" for many years. Her books include "The Successful Hostess," "Beth Tartan's Cook Book, " and "Menu Maker and Party Planner.".
