Adalia Marquez was a Filipina police reporter and author known for her book Blood on the Rising Sun, a personal account of her experiences resisting the Japanese during the occupation of the Philippines in World War II. She was a member of the American Counter-Intelligence Corps and worked as a journalist before and after the war.
