Figures like Jim Nelson, Dode Martin, Mickey Thompson, Al Miller, Scotty Fenn, and Marvin Patche also discuss racing and driving techniques for dragsters, lakesters, sports rods, and go-karts. Extensive black and white illustrations and photographs. 144 pp. Navy cloth boards with yellow lettering. Light rubbing to edges. Light sunning to spine. Tape ghost to 0.5 by 2 inches along top and bottom edge of rear board, 1cm along very top and bottom edge of front board. Some light spotting to front and rear board. Several very small dings to bottom edge; light bump to front upper corner, very light bumps to other corners, hardly noticable. Library stamp to top edge, title page, copyright page, including writing in pencil on copyright page. Very small "R" in pen to front pastedown. Some light soiling to front endpapers, several pages of text. DJ archivally protected. Light DJ edgewear including light creasing, several small chips (1 cm diameter or less) and several small closed tears (1 inch or less). Light creasing to front DJ panel. Tape ghost to 1inch along spine, quarter inch along panels. Light soiling to rear DJ panel. Tape repair to rear of DJ at 10 locations where there are closed tears, none visible from front side of DJ. VERY GOOD in very good minus dustjacket.
