8X11 reprint edition with glossy boards in a good only jacket with a large area missing on the front panel extending to an equal area on the back. Much of the jacket's spine is also missing and there is a sticker pull on the back panel. Reprint edition with "Originally $3.00 Now $1.00" on the jacket's flap. Despite flaws a fairly uncommon book with wonderful illustrations. A larger format book measuring 14X11 ( almost twice the size ) with a $3.00 price is the actual first Random House issue.
