On the rare occasion that things do go wrong, we will try very hard to rectify any problems. We are able to bulk purchase through Royal Mail and aim to make no money out of postage - in point of fact, after taking into account the cost of packaging materials, we take a loss on postage - all our discounts are passed on to the customer.
