About this Item
A first edition copy of this very scarce work from British author James Blyth. First edition. Very scarce work. Julius Vandermer was a stoutly built man who, since his retirement, had cultivated a great beard as well as a garden. He looked more like a Rotterdam skipper than the head of a highly respectable family. Now seeking to enjoy his later years, he must ensure all of his daughters are married. Written by James Blyth, a prolific British author recognised for his contributions to science fiction in the future war genre. Publisher's advertisements to the rear. In the original red cloth binding. Externally, sound with rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine with the odd mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd spot or handling mark. Good. Seller Inventory # 904T65
