Basis for the 1919 black and white silent feature film titled 'Erstwhile Susan' directed by John S. Robertson and starring Constance Binney (her first starring role), Jere Austin and Alfred Hickman. Also served as the basis for a successful Broadway theatrical run starring Mrs. Fiske. Near Fine but for a crayoned out gift inscription at front pastedown, in Very Good dustjacket, shallow edge chipping, closed tear at top part of front spine edge.
