It is a form of canvas embroidery, but the difference lies in that the canvas is worked with tiny 1/8'' wide ribbons, rather than traditional wool yarns or cotton of silk flosses. This book shows you step-by-step illustrated stitches; materials to use; how to read a graph; how to estimate ribbon yardage for specific stitches; and general finishing techniques. 9 projects are given, complete with color charted patterns and step-by-step instructions. Color photographs of completed projects. Description text copyright 2010 BooksForComfort. Item ID 23476.
