Octavo; publisher's grey cloth stamped in black and gilt; xxvi,648pp.; two folding maps bound in, halftone photographs and views throughout, together with matching grey cloth slipcase containing eleven folding map plates (collated complete). Corners bumped with some spotting to rear cover cloth sizing, front hinge cracked, some brief biopredation to a few map folds, else a Very Good and sound set, uncommonly found complete.
