VG First Edition hardback in good condition. Foxing to page edges and a few early pages. No other marks, clean pages with some tanning from age. The brown cloth boards have a few marks to faces, some rubbing to edge of spine and scuffing to corners, but no major flaw The author was Paris correspondent for The Times in 1914 and the book documents a series of visits to the front lines.
