First printing (1904 on the title page with no additonal printings listed elsewhere). Burgundy cloth with gilt lettering. Moderate shelfwear, with frayed spine ends. Small stain on the front board. The spine is slightly faded. Scuffed along the joints. Previous owner's bookplate is on the front pastedown. Spots of foxing to the front endpapers.
